Refund policy

[Cancellation / Return / Exchange]
(1) If the product is defective, damaged, or different, we will accept returns or exchanges.
(2) Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・ Products used
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・ Products that you wish to cancel due to customer's convenience
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page

(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods.
(4) Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method.
